Getting your vehicle back

• Call dispatch at (714) 835-4910. We answer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can tell you the current fees and when you can pick up.
• Bring a valid photo ID and proof of ownership (registration or title).
• If your vehicle is on a police hold, you'll also need a vehicle release from the police agency that ordered the tow.

Can't find it?

Our dispatch team adds vehicles as they arrive, so a very recent tow may not show yet. Call us at (714) 835-4910 and we'll check. If your car was towed from private property, the property's posted signs name the towing company, and in California the tow is reported to the local police, who can tell you which company has it.
